Enjoyed on its own, it delivers a refreshing yet impactful flavor, and it also pairs exceptionally well with dishes seasoned with salt, lemon, lime, or garlic, as well as crisp-textured vegetables. It is recommended to serve well chilled at around 5–10°C, in a sake cup or wine glass, to fully appreciate its character.
