When the bottle is opened, carbon dioxide gas rapidly rises. Even after opening, the carbon dioxide gas continues to rise within the bottle. Although there is a vent hole in the bottle cap, the characteristics of "active cloudy sake" are still present, so please be careful when opening the bottle. Every winter is the season for Senkin's special cloudy sake "Yukidaruma," which is not a simple sake, but a lively cloudy sake made from pure rice Daiginjo. The transparent bottle features an illustration of "Yukidaruma," and the white "sediment" above the bottle has a smooth texture reminiscent of the white sand of the southern islands. Just a gentle shake of the bottle makes the "white sand" beautifully sway.
