Dennis Neo holds the International Sakasho (Master Sommelier of Sake), International Kikisake-shi, WSET Level 3 Award in Sake, and WSET Level 2 Award in Wine. Through Takumi EastWest, he shares sake in a clear and approachable way, helping participants understand flavour and discover their personal preferences.
Jonathan Lim holds the International Sakasho, International Kikisake-shi, Sake Scholar accreditation, and WSET Level 2 Award in Wine. With a background in whiskies, spirits, and wines, he brings a curious and accessible approach to exploring sake.
