This is a special collaboration limited edition product, launched by the well-received sake brewery AKABU from Iwate Prefecture, called "Nakamura Junmai Daiginjo".
This sake was created in collaboration with Mr. Yuta Nakamura, a member of the dance and singing group GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBE. It is made from Ginginga rice produced in Morioka, polished to 45%, and carefully brewed with the yeast from Iwate. Mr. Nakamura was also involved in the brewing process, dedicated to creating a high-quality sake that embodies his unique philosophy.
The elegant deep blue bottle, presented in a stylish white packaging box, features the AKABU logo and Mr. Nakamura's signature, blending the vitality of AKABU and GENERATIONS.

This is my second time participating in the brewing at Akabu Brewery. Each time, I can feel an even purer passion, love, and resilience, which fills me with excitement.
