Following over one year of cask maturation, the Nikko Kaido Oyama Distillery releases its New Born Whisky in two styles—Malt and Grain—limited from late September 2023. This Single Grain version equally reflects the distillery’s commitment, also brewed with domestic sake yeast and distilled in Japanese stainless steel stills with copper craftsmanship, incorporating vacuum distillation to impart a unique profile. With a global allocation of just 1,200 individually numbered bottles, it is a rare collectible whisky.
