This “★★★★★ Five Stars” sake is made from ten-year-cultivated Yamada Nishiki rice grown by Kuboji in Hyogo Prefecture. Focusing on quality over quantity, the rice is grown with reduced pesticides and yield limits. Brewed in 2021, it was aged for over a year and a half to reach optimal drinking condition.
