Compared to previous Koueigiku releases, this sake offers a clearer, cleaner sweetness with vivid acidity and a profound finish, providing a distinctly different drinking experience.
A limited-edition sake produced in very small batches, it carries notable viscosity, almost sticky in texture. Its aroma is dominated by ethyl acetate notes reminiscent of melon, accented by subtle woody undertones. The palate is sweet like canned peach syrup, balanced by an equally strong acidity, achieving harmony. This sake marks yet another breakthrough in the Koueigiku series.
Since the founding of Koueigiku, sake in this series did not carry a polishing rate. For this special bottling, however, the brewery chose to disclose it—inviting drinkers to appreciate the refinement possible only through polishing.
