Since its debut in 1975, Ryu has been a pioneering expression of the daiginjo style and remains one of Japan’s most beloved long-selling sakes. Brewed with Hyogo-grown Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% and matured for five years under ice-temperature conditions, this anniversary edition is deeper and more elegant than the standard release.

Released only once in an extremely limited quantity, the bottle design exudes refined luxury, symbolizing the heritage and prestige of this special milestone sake.
