Top notes of fresh grass are soft and layered, with subtle hints of pear, lemon, cinnamon, and earthy nuances. On the palate, the pear’s sweetness blends with a candy-like lemon zest; with soda water, a gentle sweetness and refreshing sensation are highlighted, while with tonic water, acidity and bitterness are enhanced, adding complexity and drinkability.
