The taste is very fresh, and upon opening the bottle, there is a strong pressure, yet the gas feels gentle in the mouth. It possesses a beautiful juiciness, accompanied by a slight sharpness, possibly due to internal gases. While sharing the same specifications as Type 2, it offers a richer flavor, density, and a greater sense of quality.
The new brewing technique 'Hyouketsu Tori' (Ice-Freezing Extraction) was employed for this sake. The Alpha series is a new category of the 25BY Kaze no Mori products, introducing novel concepts and utilizing innovative brewing methods. Its concept aims to surpass the traditional Kaze no Mori and explore the possibilities of sake with original technology. The theme of 'Alpha 4' is 'New Hope.'
