The Junmai Daiginjo Gokujoumorohaku sake offers a balanced and delicate taste, combining the elegant aroma of fine brewing and the freshness of fruits. The transparent and clear fragrance of white peaches and sweet melons gracefully wafts through the air, while the fresh fruitiness and refreshing acidity provide a clear outline to the sweetness.

The term "Gokujoumorohaku" refers to a brewing method where white rice is used both as koji rice and hanging rice. This traditional brewing method has been used since the Edo period. The rice is polished to 50% for koji rice and 45% for hanging rice, with 50% and 55% of each respectively being removed. The lower the polishing ratio, the less impurities, and the more refreshing and premium the taste of the sake.
