Brewed with Akita-grown Sake Komachi rice polished to 55%, the moromi is pressed using a Yabuta press and bottled unfiltered, adjusted with water to about 15% alcohol. After about two months of low-temperature maturation, it is released annually in May as a sake perfectly suited for early summer enjoyment.
