The sake has a clean and clear body, almost colorless, but upon closer inspection, there's a slight hint of yellowish-green tone. The aroma in the beginning is gentle, reminiscent of the flavor of sweet melon, calming and steady. Upon tasting, it delivers the same aroma as expected, with a sweetness reminiscent of melon juice but not overly sweet. There's a balanced acidity that is not overpowering. The taste is very natural and of high quality, meeting the standards of a Tokubetsu Junmai sake.
It is made using the locally renowned rice variety "Hanafubuki" from Aomori Prefecture, known for its full-bodied, delicious, and refreshing taste, which never goes out of style. It is a year-round release sake.
