Matured in Sherry casks, Bourbon casks, and Akkeshi’s signature Mizunara oak casks. Notes of blackberry, dried plum, and candied orange peel are layered with a subtle touch of peaty smokiness. The Sherry cask imparts raisin and dark chocolate flavors, the Bourbon cask contributes vanilla and caramel nuances, while the Mizunara oak adds gentle spice and an oriental character. The finish is long, with a sweet fruitiness beautifully interwoven with a faint smoky balance.
