The acidity derived from white koji forms the structural backbone of this sake, with Vol.3-1 expressing a refreshing brightness reminiscent of lemon peel. The two versions shine like meteors gazing at the same star, each radiating its own distinct brilliance.

This is the latest creation in Abe Shuzo’s experimental dry-style series “REGULUS.” Vol.3-1 and Vol.3-2 were brewed with identical recipes but fermented separately in two different tanks.
