This aromatic Tokubetsu Junmai Hiyaoroshi offers both freshness and matured depth, blending refined fruit aromas with smooth, mellow textures. Delicate and understated on the nose, it reveals layers of richness on the palate, making it a perfect match for autumn flavors or dishes with buttery, savory profiles. When chilled (8–13°C), it highlights crisp fruitiness; at room temperature (around 20°C), it reveals rounder depth and warmth — ideal for relaxed autumn evenings.
