This year’s edition uses the sake rice varieties “Manzai” and “Yamada Nishiki,” both polished to 55%, and is brewed as a freshly pressed Junmai Ginjo nama genshu. The distinctive character of Manzai intertwines with Yamada Nishiki—regarded as the classic king of sake rice—to create a deep, layered flavor and fresh aroma that can only be experienced in this bottling, combining richness with the lively energy of new sake.
