It releases a sweet, juicy pineapple-like fruit aroma that gently drifts through the air. On the palate, Kaze no Mori’s signature fine effervescence delivers a refreshing, comfortable mouthfeel, followed by full and juicy aromas that expand across the tongue. Fruity sweetness, clear acidity, and Kaze no Mori’s distinctive mineral character intertwine, building a multidimensional and complex flavor profile. The finish fades lightly with a clean, crisp close, making this a limited release perfectly suited for savoring during the year-end and New Year season.
From the renowned sake brewery “Kaze no Mori” in Gose City, Nara Prefecture, comes its first year-end and New Year limited edition, Tsuyuhakaze 707 with Ouka. This special collaboration with Nara-based yokai calligrapher Ouka was created with the wish that people may enjoy fine sake during the turning of the year, resulting in a highly commemorative release. The label vividly depicts Kaze no Mori brewers as if transported back to the Edo period, alongside people enjoying sake, creating a scene rich in story and warmth.
Brewed using Nara-grown sake rice “Tsuyuhakaze,” polished to 70%, this sake stands out both in its brewing specifications and label design. It is a Kaze no Mori expression made solely for this moment, adding color to the final month of the year.
