The label design draws inspiration from the seemingly endless horizon beyond the Kujukuri coastline, symbolizing limitless possibilities. The Toji has devoted exceptional care to refining every aspect of the drinking experience, from the first sip through to the lingering finish. The sake combines juicy fruit character reminiscent of biting into freshly picked fruit with the pristine clarity unique to highly polished rice. Rich fruit expression and weightless purity are balanced with remarkable precision, creating a "lightness-focused" style that reflects the evolving preferences of modern sake drinkers.

The highly limited Occasional Series from Kankiku Meijo is brewed only once each year and presented exclusively as Muroka Genshu. Centered on the themes of "scenery" and "emotion," the series explores perspectives beyond the traditional seasonal releases, bringing a sense of occasion and special moments into everyday life. This year's beloved Silver Lining appears as a special Extra Edition, incorporating fine sake lees to enhance complexity, texture, and depth. The result is a richer, fuller expression available exclusively in 720ml format.

This project was born from the brewery's belief that true local sake must embrace its regional rice heritage. Asking themselves whether they could continue brewing confidently in Chiba without fully appreciating local rice varieties, the brewery selected Fusano Mai, Chiba Prefecture's signature sake rice. Known for its large shinpaku core, Fusano Mai is particularly well suited to ultra-high polishing. Guided by the philosophy of maximizing the rice's potential while pushing the brewery's own limits, Kankiku created what may be the highest-polished expression in the brewery's history—and perhaps one of the most ambitious examples ever produced using this rice variety.
