"Isojiman" Junmai Ginjo is brewed using the top-grade sake rice "Yamada Nishiki" from the special A region of Hyogo Prefecture, along with spring water from the underground river of the famous Oi River, sourced from the Southern Alps mountains. It undergoes a slow fermentation process at low temperatures in a refrigerated storage room, using self-preserved yeast and meticulously handcrafted to perfection.
This sake earned the 5th place in the Junmai Ginjo category at the prestigious "SAKE COMPETITION 2015," the world's largest sake competition.
