The aroma is as refreshing as an early summer forest, with juicy fruit notes reminiscent of lychee and pineapple. On the palate, it carries a slightly dry character with a hint of rusticity, yet elegant sweetness and a crisp finish create excellent balance, presenting a lively and well-layered flavor profile.
Released in April 2025, the limited-distribution sake “Inamuraya Gin Eboshi 50” from the prestigious Narumi Jozoten brewery in Kuroishi City, Aomori Prefecture, is available exclusively through select retailers. Brewed using Aomori-grown sake rice Gin Eboshi polished to 50%, it technically qualifies as a Junmai Daiginjo. However, the label intentionally omits the grade designation so that drinkers can experience the sake freely without being constrained by conventional classification concepts.
