Hitakami Brewery has won multiple gold awards at the National New Sake Competition and has gained the support of Yamada Nishiki producers in Tojo-cho (Kato City), making people look forward to their creation of even more delicious sake. Even though the renowned brewer Yoshida has passed the baton to the young brewer Koshika, the high level of skill in sake brewing has remained unchanged, and they have successfully brewed this Junmai Daiginjo sake.
