Commonly known as "Tenjuro," this creation uses Akita's premium sake rice "Misato Nishiki." It is polished using the "Flat Rice Polishing" method to 50%, which best demonstrates the potential of "Misato Nishiki." Most cultivation areas have switched to pesticide-free cultivation, resulting in improved quality in recent years. After pressing, it possesses a rich and full-bodied flavor, and it has the long-term aging potential comparable to "Sumi" and "Chanto." (Note: "Sumi" and "Chanto" are other sake products from the same brewery.)
