“Yamanoi Kureha” is a new autumn seasonal release from Aizu Shuzo in Minamiaizu, Fukushima Prefecture, inspired by the region’s magnificent yet tranquil autumn scenery. More than 90% of Minamiaizu is covered by forest, creating an environment blessed with abundant nature. As autumn arrives, the trees covering the surrounding mountains gradually turn vivid shades of red, orange, and gold, transforming the landscape into a breathtaking tapestry of seasonal colors.
