
This sake exudes an elegant, gentle, and magnificent Junmai Daiginjo aroma with a rich and smooth mouthfeel that gently permeates the body, leaving a faint lingering aftertaste. As a pure rice Junmai Daiginjo, it allows you to fully enjoy the taste of the rice and pairs well with any dish.
This sake is made using Yamadanishiki rice sourced from the Tojo region in Hyogo Prefecture, polished down to 35%. Nishi Shuzo, known for its sweet potato shochu "Hozan," began producing Japanese sake. From the year 2020 onwards, the 8th generation family head, Nishi Yoichiro, started brewing and producing Japanese sake.
