The finished sake embodies a freshness and fruitiness reminiscent of the natural scenery of Shinshu, delivering a lively and refreshing taste that invites slow appreciation.
It is part of the “Mari Label” series, born from the collaboration between female tōji (master brewer) Midori Okazaki and her sister, manga artist Mari Okazaki.
This sake is brewed with Sankei Nishiki, a unique sake rice variety developed by the Nagano Prefectural Agricultural Experiment Station. Cultivated at the foot of the Mihara Highlands in Ueda, Shinshu, its name reflects the blessings bestowed by the surrounding mountains.
