This is a seasonal limited edition pure rice ginjo sake brewed using the premium sake rice from Hyogo Prefecture, the "Youzyou Yamada Nishiki." The sake is immediately pasteurized after pressing, resulting in a refreshing and delightful ginjo aroma and elegant taste. Its gentle texture showcases the strength of the "特A" (Special A) region, displaying a remarkable sense of elegance. This sake presents a mild acidity and a fresh palate, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. These are precisely the characteristics of Sharaku sake!

This sake utilizes the precious "特A" (Special A) region's Yamada Nishiki sake rice, with the pressed liquid being promptly heated for sterilization. Then, it is stored at around 10 degrees Celsius, maintaining its freshness. Through approximately 10 months of aging, the highest peak of Yamada Nishiki's rice body and concentration are enhanced, resulting in a well-rounded and harmonious sake.

Yamada Nishiki from "Youzyou" has more "glamour," while the one from "Yoshikawa" has more "characterful flavor." Enjoy and compare the differences between these two!
