The sake exudes an apple-like fruit aroma, with a fresh and transparent flavor. Despite being a genshu (undiluted sake), it offers a gentle and smooth mouthfeel, making it especially appealing to female drinkers.
The valley where the brewery stands is swept by crisp winter morning breezes, bringing with them a refreshing and elegant fragrance. This sense of freshness and refinement is perfectly captured in the bottle. The exquisite harmony of Junmai Ginjo’s graceful aroma and the refreshing taste of freshly brewed sake is the greatest charm of “Sato no Hana.”
“Sato no Hana” was born in 2012 with the wish for it to “bloom endlessly on this land like flowers” and to be “a sake that, like one’s hometown, brings peace of mind with every sip.” Crafted with 100% Yamada Nishiki polished to 50%, paired with Wakayama yeast, and brewed with care in the depths of winter, it results in a beautifully refined Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu.
