The brewery invited seven renowned producers — including Aramasa, Toyo Bijin, Senkin, Nichinichi, Tomita, Wakanami, and Hananoka — to each craft a unique sake inspired by one of the Seven Gods. All participating breweries share a philosophy rooted in agriculture, nature, and the true spirit of sake brewing.

Inspired by Jurojin, the god of longevity and wisdom, this edition reflects Senkin’s signature grace and refinement.
