You can fully enjoy its fruity flavors and the lively effervescence characteristic of freshly pressed new sake. Aromas of white peach, ramune soda, and citrus drift refreshingly, creating an impression that is both fresh and elegant. On the palate, a smooth texture brought by fine lees opens the experience, followed by vibrant, energetic bubbles dancing across the mouth. Crisp and lively, fresh fruit aromas quickly fill the palate. Creamy, rounded umami and a highly concentrated, juicy core are neatly drawn together by bright, crisp acidity, leaving a lasting impression. After swallowing, a gentle, sweet aftertaste lingers softly.
