Upon opening, it releases a banana-like aroma, followed by a fresh flavor reminiscent of green melon. Brewed with soft water, the texture is smooth and supple. Though labeled at 14%, the actual alcohol level is around 13%, offering a light yet full-bodied sake with bright citrus notes. A beautifully aromatic and easy-drinking limited release, available only in very small quantities.
This is the first unfiltered nama sake “Tsuyami ADE Hatsushibori” from the next-generation limited series “Makihata,” brewed using flat-polished rice and micro-bubble washing technology.
