This limited sake represents Banjo Jozo’s long pursuit of the “ideal Yamada Nishiki,” brewed using specially selected large-grain rice harvested in 2024. After one year of maturation, the inherent power of the large grains emerges in a composed manner, resulting in a flavor profile that balances richness with elegance.
