This new type of yeast "CEL-24" has a strong fruity aroma and is known for its high sweetness, which is very rare among Japanese sake in Kochi Prefecture.

Depending on the season and the type of barrel used, the alcohol content of Japanese sake can vary from "-8.0 to 15.0." However, Kameizumi Brewery's skilled brewers have successfully blended a well-balanced acidity and flavor profile, producing a sweet and fruity pure rice ginjo sake.
