This sake emits a gentle aroma of koji, banana, and vanilla. Once it enters the mouth, it has a grainy texture and a juicy sweetness that is characteristic of Junmai sake. At the same time, it also has a fresh youthful flavor, with a light acidity that tightly grips the tip of the tongue. In the second half, despite having this deep flavor, it's very clean and makes it hard to resist.

The label is a light beige color with the black lettering of the sake name in the center and the specific name printed on the right. The Hiragana pronunciation is located below, and the left side indicates the brewery. The shoulder label shows the characteristic "origarami" feature.

This sake is made from the Gohyakumangoku rice grown in Toyama prefecture, with a polishing rate of 60%, which means that 40% of the rice grain has been removed to extract the purest flavor and aroma. It's bottled without pasteurization, giving it a fresh, lively, and unrefined taste that sake enthusiasts adore.
