With each sip, you become enchanted by the light and exquisite aroma unique to Hanamura. It is recommended to chill it moderately to appreciate its elegant fragrance in the best condition.

This season again starts with Misatonishiki Namazake! President Takagi, the 14th generation, personally provided technical guidance, overseeing every aspect from rice selection, brewing techniques, quality management to label design, resulting in this limited-brand Hanamura.

Using the top-grade sake rice Misatonishiki grown in Akita Prefecture, this variety was born in 1987 from the artificial crossbreeding of Yamada Nishiki (mother) and Misatonishiki (father), earning the reputation of being the noble sake rice of Akita Prefecture.

All the rice used is Misatonishiki grown in Akita Prefecture, polished to 50%. Brewed with “Chikara Mizu,” one of Japan’s top 100 famous waters from the Rishikoma Mountain range, and employing a unique low-temperature long fermentation method, the brewing process is meticulously crafted to ensure flavor integrity. After pressing the new sake, it is immediately hand-bottled to maximize the fresh appeal of the namazake.
