The taste combines the clean and refreshing mouthfeel of Yamadanishiki with a rich and flavorful profile. There is a wonderful balance between the gorgeous aroma and the taste. Upon the first sip, there is an instant spiciness, but it quickly gives way to the flavors and sweetness of the rice, leaving a light and refreshing sensation upon swallowing. The aftertaste exudes an indescribable sense of nobility.
