This is Daishichi Brewery's highest-quality plum wine, made with their full dedication.

The plums used are rare Nanko plums from Kishu, sun-dried to a faint red under the sunlight. They are oversized and high-grade products, with over 4 liters used. The alcohol portion is made with multiple award-winning traditional kimoto junmai daiginjo sake, both domestically and internationally. Through careful consideration of the optimal combination, the finished plum wine achieves a new level of deliciousness.

A limited quantity of 3300 bottles, launched in January 2010, were sold out in a short period of time.
