This sake exhibits the fruity flavors of white peach and pear, aromatic and fresh, with an elegant and refined character. It utilizes Banshu Aiyama rice from Hyogo prefecture, showcasing the rich and aromatic characteristics of Aiyama rice to the fullest.

Tomikawa Shuzoten, established in the second year of the Taisho era (1913), is located along the tributaries of the Noshinano River, known as one of Japan's top 100 famous waters - the Arakawa River.

While the brand has been focused on "Chu'ai" (loyalty and love) since its inception, to meet the demands of the times, they introduced the "Fumikawa" series to express intense aromas and rich rice fragrances.

The Fumikawa series primarily features unpasteurized sake, using sake rice such as Yamadanishiki, Miyamanishiki, and Gohyakumangoku, offering a distinctive range of Japanese sake.

In recent years, they have also invested more in the Chu'ai brand, incorporating rice varieties like Banshu Aiyama, Dewasansan, and Akaiwa Omachi, creating a more diverse product line.

This "Chuai Nakadori Junmai Daiginjo Banshu Aiyama Muroka Nama Genshu" is a limited edition sake brewed with Banshu Aiyama rice from Hyogo prefecture. It is unfiltered and unpasteurized, bottled only from the most stable "Nakadori" part of the sake.
