It is a blend of unfiltered raw sake made from pure rice daiginjo, and before bottling, it undergoes direct heat treatment to seal in its flavors, presenting a distinguished golden-colored sake. Because it is unfiltered, it possesses a wonderful faint golden hue, with a transparent aroma and a refreshing and impactful mouthfeel as its characteristics.
