The aroma of this premium sake is quite mild due to its "22BY" (where "BY" typically stands for "Brewing Year"), making it difficult to capture significant and distinctive characteristics. In terms of taste, you can feel the distinctive features of the Aramasa Brewery, with a sweetness closer to black sugar, rich and smooth, with a slight acidity. Perhaps you might expect it to be sweeter, but in reality, the flavor is not overly sweet, maintaining a moderate sensation. Despite having a somewhat aged taste, the distinctive characteristics of the Aramasa Brewery are still prominent in the overall taste.

"Murasakiyata Heisei 22-Year" is not just an ordinary premium sake. It belongs to a type known as "Sai-shikomi Koshu," a sake brewed using the previous season's "Hinotori." While typical premium sakes use aged sake from stock to replace brewing water, "Murasakiyata Heisei 22-Year" is different. Instead of using regular stock sake, it is brewed using premium sake. This means that even in its ingredients, expensive premium sake is used, making it a unique premium sake. Moreover, "Murasakiyata Heisei 22-Year" adopts an innovative system where a portion of one year's sake becomes the raw material for the next season's "Murasakiyaki Heisei."

This is because, based on the nature of this project, it is intended to be sold slowly. "Murasakiyata Heisei 22-Year" may be the most precious sake among the new political products.
