The rich taste is a balance between the thickness and sweetness brought by maturation and the freshness. This wondrous and heavy flavor is the crystallization that has been carefully cultivated in an ice-cold environment, just like the dragon on the label. Once tasted, it slowly spreads its noble and elegant aftertaste in your mouth.
Be sure to savor the ultimate sake of AKABU on special occasions.

The fresh and clear taste of sake has brought high popularity to AKABU throughout the country. Now, AKABU is committed to exploring new horizons and has released a unique sake.
This sake has undergone ice-cold maturation for about 1,000 days and is released at below 5 degrees Celsius. This is the unique ice-cold maturation sake that is exclusive to AKABU.
The rice used is "Yui no Ka" produced in Iwate prefecture, which has always been used for AKABU's top premium sake. It is brewed with the highest grade of 35% polishing ratio used by AKABU.
The familiar sake and the new ice-cold maturation together shape the "clear taste and deeper flavor" that AKABU pursues.
The exclusive box features a warrior holding two swords shining with red light against a black background. Next to the bottle, there is a blue dragon with the spirit of the ocean, fighting alongside the brave warrior and his partner. The label of this sake is completely different from the previous AKABU designs, displaying a unique atmosphere that distinctively sets it apart from the other products.
