Delivery Time
a) Order cut off time is 6:00 PM every business day. Orders confirmed before 6:00 PM every business day will be processed on the same day and orders confirmed after 6:00 PM every business day will be processed on the next business day.
b) Office hours are Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Saturday/Sunday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
c) Customers will receive a confirmation message and tracking number once shipped via their registered contact method.
d) If you need to specify a delivery date/time, please contact us at cs@sake-hub.com or WhatsApp (+65 8014 6474) to confirm the delivery date/time. However, we cannot guarantee the precise delivery time.
e) Delivery time may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic issues, and other unforeseen circumstances. We will not provide any compensation or assume legal responsibility for such delays.
f) Sales and delivery of alcoholic beverages are limited to customers at age 18 or above.
g) Delivery is only limited within Singapore, cross border delivery request will not be entertained.
Delivery Service Fee
a) Free shipping is offered for orders with a minimum purchase amount of $200.
b) If the purchase amount is below $200, a flat fee of $10 will be charged for the Standard Delivery or $20 will be charged for Same Day Express Delivery.
c) If the purchase amount is above $200 and below $400, the charge for Standard Delivery will be waived and $20 will be charged for chosing Same Day Express Delivery.
d) If the purchase amount is above $400, the charge for both Standard Delivery and Same Day Express Delivery will be waived.
